The Robin’s Nest Childcare and Preschool House Tuition

Tuition rates are calculated based on your child’s weekly enrollment. Options are listed below. There is a monthly supply fee and a monthly technology fee. We offer a sliding scale to families that qualify.

Tuition:
Infant & Toddler Rates
- Half Days Full Week 7:30am – 12:45pm or 12:45pm – 5:30pm
- $13.50 Hourly: Half-Day requests are rarely available and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

2025 – 2026 rates: beginning September 1st 2025.
2 Days per week: Flat Rate $1100 Monthly
3 Days per week: Flat Rate $1513 Monthly
Full-Time Care 4-5 Days per week: Flat Rate: $2017 Monthly
Preschool House Rates
- Half Days Partial or Full Week 7:30am – 12:45pm
- $11.00 Hourly: Half-Day requests are rarely available and are determined on a case-by-case basis.

2025 – 2026 rates: beginning September 1st 2025.
2 Days per week: Flat Rate $838 Monthly
3 Days per week: Flat Rate $1145 Monthly
Full-Time Care 4-5 Days per week: Flat Rate: $1557 Monthly
Per federal guidelines, children may be in care for no longer than 10 hours per day.
Part-time availability is limited and subject to change, priority is given to families needing full-time care and families with multiple children.
Tuition is collected on the first day of each month. Payments received after the fifth of each month are considered late and will incur an additional $30 fee. Full tuition is due regardless of child absence.
Our goal is to increase the availability of affordable childcare in Corvallis. We offer sibling discounts to families who meet certain requirements. We also accept ERDC and we are registered with DHS and provide a “Missing Middle” sliding scale for families above 200% but below 450% of the federal poverty level. If you need assistance paying for childcare, we can help you find the right resources!
Enrolled families are required to give a written, 30-day advance notice prior to withdrawing and a two-week notice for a reduction in care.
